On March 25, 2026, at 7:00 PM, the renowned Maromorsaal in Bad Ems will host a vocal recital of a world premiere dedicated to the late chamber music universe of Gioachino Rossini.

The program of the evening presents the album français, an integral part of the extensive collection Péchés de vieillesse, a complex of works that Rossini composed during the years of his late maturity after withdrawing from public opera.

These compositions reflect an intimate, subtly ironic, and highly refined aesthetic, situated at the intersection of the bel canto tradition, the spirit of the French salon, and the expressive freedom of private musical creation.
