Hike with added enjoyment
For the 6th time, Touristik Bad Ems-Nassau is organising a hike with a special plus in enjoyment, regional delicacies and plenty of natural delights await you. Detlev Ueter and Norbert Massengeil-Beck will spoil you with a regional speciality and the right wine from the Lahn at the most beautiful vantage points along the Lahn hiking trail from Nassau via the Kuxlay to Dausenau and Bad Ems. The main course and dessert will then be served in the historic ambience of the "Russischer Hof" in Bad Ems.
You can look forward to: Beetroot focaccia with trout, ham or herb quark Lentil and potato bowl with lamb's lettuce, pear and chicken Napkin dumplings with mushrooms in cream Savoy cabbage and carrot vegetables, döppekooche and braised veal breast Apple tart with almonds, vanilla foam and sorrel sorbet Price 69€ per person
