True to our motto Delicious. Easy. Liebenswert. we let the Kursaal Bad Ems shine in new splendour and make it a place where cosiness, joie de vivre and pleasure are written in capital letters.
We have reinterpreted the backdrop in which 150 years ago emperors, aristocrats and representatives of high society were still meeting, and have given the rooms a modern and casual ambience.
For festivities and celebrations, we cater for up to 430 guests in the adjacent Marmosaal.
Variation and creativity are important elements in our kitchen, which is why we change our dishes weekly. However, the following menu gives you a small insight into what you can expect at VONUNDZU.
