Our cozy holiday apartment, located in the basement of a well-maintained family house, offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. You can easily access the apartment through a separate entrance, ensuring your privacy during your time here.

The spacious rooms are mostly equipped with easy-to-clean tiled floors, with the exception of the bedroom, which features high-quality laminate. The apartment includes a modern bathroom with a shower and WC, a cozy living/dining room, a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace for relaxing.

In the bathroom, you will find a shower, a WC, a practical mirrored cabinet, a washing machine, and additional bathroom cabinets for your toiletries. The living room invites you to relax with a comfortable sofa and satellite TV. The dining area features a corner bench, a table, chairs, and a radio alarm clock – perfect for shared meals and cozy evenings. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable double bed (160x200 cm) and a wardrobe for your clothing.

The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired: it includes an oven, a ceramic stove, a refrigerator with a small freezer, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, and a dishwasher – ideal for self-catering.

Outside, you will find a small terrace with a table and chairs, perfect for dining or simply relaxing.

Included: Towels and bed linens for your stay.

Final cleaning: € 40,- once.

The key handover is contactless via a key safe, allowing you to enjoy a flexible and convenient stay.
