With our holiday flats, we would like to offer you an individual and unforgettable holiday in Nassau Land. The flats are located in a detached villa from the turn of the century on the outskirts of Nassau (Bergnassau district). The house is located directly on the Bäderstraße. Hiking and cycling trails can be reached in a few minutes in the beautiful nature around Nassau, as well as leisure activities such as the popular canoe trips on the Lahn. You can find holiday tips under "The region" on our homepage.
Since 2015, we have been offering comfortable holiday flats on each of the three floors.
The ground floor and the 1st floor are furnished in the style of the old days. Dogs are welcome in our attic flat (5,- € per day).
The villa only has holiday flats.
Of course, it is also possible to rent the entire villa if the occupancy calendar permits. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible.
A private parking space for guests is available directly at the house, with its own driveway.

Fresh bed linen and towels and shower sheets are just as much a matter of course as a coffee machine, filter bags, coffee pad machine with the first basic supplies, various spices, a bottle of mineral water for the first thirst, radio, TV, WLAN and much more. Navigation devices:
Please note that some navigation devices have difficulties with the address and refer you to a cul-de-sac of the neighbouring property. Villa Berggarten is located directly on the Bäderstraße with its own access road at the town sign.
Directions from Bad Ems
Take the B 260 to the entrance to Nassau. At the traffic lights, turn right over the Lahn bridge in the direction of Wiesbaden. You are now on the Bezirksstraße. Our car park is on the left before the town exit sign. Coming from Wiesbaden If you drive along the B 260, you will automatically reach the Bezirksstraße. After the sign for Bergnassau, turn right immediately into our car park.
Coming from Limburg
Take the B 417 in the direction of Nassau. In Nassau, drive past the railway station, follow the main road to the crossroads, turn left over the Lahn bridge. After the bridge, turn left again and you are on the Bezirksstraße. Our Villa Berggarten is on the left after the Scheuern Foundation. Please drive past the house and just before the town exit sign you will find our car park on the left!
Unless otherwise agreed, we will be expecting you on the day of arrival from 16:00.
Briefly about road traffic:
We would like to point out that the beautiful Bäderstraße is a main road and at peak times you can expect heavy traffic.
Please also note that souvenir photos will be taken behind our house, in the direction of Nassau, at speeds in excess of 30 km/h. In our opinion, the quality of the photos does not correspond to the price. We therefore recommend that you keep to the speed limit.
