Trim-dich path with 20 practice posts in the city forest
You will find the "VITA-Parcours" on the Bismarckhöhe behind the Hufelandklinik. Parking spaces are located at the edge of the forest above the clinics, e.g. from the Trümmerborn car park. The "VITA-Parcours" consists of 20 practice posts, which are spread over a forest course of 2 to 2.5 kilometres in length. The course is designed as a circular course, i.e. start and finish are at the same place. The "VITA-Parcours" starts with a running-in distance of 200 to 300 metres to the first post. In intervals of about 100 m the other posts follow - at the beginning gymnastic exercises, later easy to medium strength exercises and two more running exercises
