High above Bad Ems, a mountain bike flow trail unique in the region makes the hearts of all bikers beat faster. Over a length of 3.8 kilometres, some 380 metres in altitude difference are mined here. But bikers can not only whizz over rough forest ground at a decent speed. The trail offers numerous freeride elements that fans of outdoor sports love. It is a course with a lot of flow, where the bikers don't lack adrenalin even without "do-or-die jumps". Since difficult elements - there are over 100 (residents, northshores, drops, kickers, corners and tables) can also be bypassed, the course is expressly designed for beginners.
The track is open from April 1st at the earliest (depending on the weather possibly also May 1st) until October 31st at daylight always from 9:00 to 19:30 o'clock. During the winter months the track remains closed!
For the way back from the starting point there is a shuttle bus for man/woman and bike, which usually runs on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays from 10:30 to 17:00, depending on the number of visitors.
It is essential to check at short notice before your arrival whether the route is open or can be ridden at
