The duo I. Kotykova and M. Streltsova enchants the audience in the fully booked Marmorsaal every year. With their new program, the artists revive, among others, the music of the Golden 20s and bring to Bad Ems the most beautiful and popular vocal and piano works from operetta and Broadway, infused with the elegance of Lehár and the verve of Gershwin. Soprano IRINA KOTYKOVA has been celebrating great successes in Germany since 2000 with her lyrical soprano voice. She is a sought-after guest at festivals, a successful vocal educator, and a versatile conductor of several choirs in the Rhein-Lahn district. Concert pianist MARIA STRELTSOVA combines solo, educational, and chamber music work. She is a lecturer in piano at the University of Koblenz and has performed as a soloist with the National Orchestra of Ukraine, among others, as part of Best of NRW by the Kunststiftung NRW and WDR.
For over 25 years, both musicians from Ukraine have successfully performed together on stage.
