Kultur im Kastell 2026

On Friday, October 23rd, at 6.00 p.m. the ever-popular wine tasting will take place at the Limeskastell, this year in the fall, in line with the wine production. As usual, the expert and winemaker Friedel Becker will guide you through the program under the motto “Enjoyment with History(ies)” and present a perfectly curated selection of exquisite wines from the Bornich wine cooperative.
Look forward to characterful wines that reflect the diversity and quality of our region. But everything is taken care of on this evening: besides the fine wine, you can expect delicious small dishes for the palate and an entertaining supporting program that brings the historical Roman ambiance to life. A well-rounded evening that indulges both body and mind, thanks to Friedel with his wines and the team from the Limeskastell.

Participation costs 29 EUR, for students and apprentices 27 EUR.

Entry is from 5.15 p.m. The basilica is seated, and there is free seating selection.
