The Bear's Den
With your visit to our holiday flat Bärenhöhle we would like to welcome you to our bear family. You can expect a modern yet cosily furnished flat of just under 50sqm in a new building otherwise occupied by our family of 4.
Our flat is suitable for singles or couples, but also child-friendly - a travel cot, as well as children's high chair are available, for older children the sofa bed in the living/dining area can be used.
The property also has its own parking space.

The overnight price includes all additional costs, Wi-Fi, satellite television, parking space, towels, and bed linen.
An advance payment of XX% will be charged after booking.
The remaining payment is made on-site in cash.
Cancellations up to XX days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur a fee of XX% of the total price.
Arrival is possible from XX o'clock to XX o'clock. Departure is possible between XX o'clock and XX o'clock.
Other arrival and departure times can be arranged upon consultation. Please contact us in advance for discussion if necessary. The key handover takes place in person on-site/through a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.
A baby cot/extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed/allowed for a fee of XX€ per pet/night.
The tourist tax of XX€ per person/night will be charged on-site in addition.

Arrival is regularly possible from 15.00 hrs. Before arrival, you will receive a number code from us by e-mail, with which you will have access to the holiday flat from this time.
