Bad Ems – a place that breathes world history. Designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO in 2021 as part of the ‘Great Spa Towns of Europe’, the spa town on the River Lahn is one of the most important cultural sites in Europe. During the guided tour, the former world spa comes back to life. Feel the splendour of bygone eras, stroll through impressive buildings and follow in the footsteps of famous guests from all over the world. You will enter the magnificent marble and theatre hall, the baroque bath castle with its fountain hall, the traditional Römerquelle and the idyllic historic spa gardens – places that have retained their magic to this day.
