Thanks to the generous support from the Leifheit Foundation Nassau and under the patronage of Prime Minister Alexander Schweitzer, the State Music Academy is realizing a three-day "Musical Inclusion Camp" with approximately 100 participants, enabling participation in musical activities without prerequisites. Workshops "for everyone" will be offered in the areas of instrumental play, drumming, and singing. With the support of the inclusive band Vollgas connected from Fürth, the experiences of the inclusive music ensembles developed at the State Music Academy can be built upon.
On the first evening of the intense rehearsal days, the band Vollgas connected, which has already performed in the Bavarian State Parliament, in the Bavarian State Chancellery, at the federal congresses of the German Music School Association (VdM) in Mainz and Bamberg, and even in the German Bundestag, impressively shows what is possible with a mixed group that questions categorization.
