Wanderung auf Bergbauspuren

It's that time again.....

The Working Group for Railroads and Mining e. V. is starting another hike along the mining trails of Emser. Instead of the usual round through the city forest, this time there will be an extra tour within the local area - reminiscent of the beginnings of the event in 1984.

The hike begins at 2:00 p.m. in the parking lot by the old headquarters (Lidl) near the Westbahnhof. From there, we will walk on solid paths through the Emsbachtal to the Emser Hütte and back, visiting and explaining a variety of mining relics.

Participation is free of charge, but our association always appreciates a suitable donation at the end of the tour.

Registration is not required.

Those interested should be in good walking condition. The hike will be canceled in case of impending bad weather.
