FerienNest Appartements

A deposit of 50% will be charged upon booking and is payable within 8 days via bank transfer or alternatively via PayPal.

The remaining payment is due 30 days before arrival. Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge. Later cancellations will incur a fee of 50% of the total price.

Our house is equipped with a modern electronic locking system. After the payment is received, you will promptly receive your "electronic key code" before your arrival. This allows you to arrive on the day of arrival at any time after 4:00 PM, unless otherwise agreed, without having to rely on our reception. You can check out by 11:00 AM on the day of departure.

Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in advance if necessary to arrange this.

A baby cot/extra bed can be provided upon request for a small fee.

Pets are not allowed.

The local tax of €1.92 per person/night will be added together with the accommodation tax of 3% of the total price, as indicated in the booking confirmation.

Our object has modern electronic security locks. After the transfer of the complete invoice amount you will promptly receive your personal access code to the house and the apartment or room. With it you can arrive on the day of arrival from 16:00 o'clock at any time independently.

For cash payers are the times: -Check-in from 16:00 h to 22:00 h by arrangement -Check-out until 11:00

Arrival by car, bicycle and on foot

Less than 200 meters away from the river Lahn and directly at the Bad Emser Kurpark is the FerienNest Haus Braunfels in Grabenstrasse 15.

The Lahntal cycle path towards Limburg or towards Lahnstein is only about 2 minutes away and many hiking trails around Bad Ems are also directly accessible from FerienNest.

Arrival by train

The FerienNest Haus Braunfels is located within walking distance of approx. 600 meters or 10 minutes from the main station of Bad Ems.

By train coming from Koblenz or Limburg, leave the train station Bad Ems in direction city center/station square. From the station square follow the Bahnhofstraße downhill in the direction of the station bridge, which crosses the river Lahn. Cross the bridge and then turn left into Lahnstraße and walk along the Lahn for about 110 metres. At the next crossroads, turn right into Grabenstraße in front of the Kurhotel and after about 170 metres you will reach FerienNest on the left-hand side. Alternatively, you can take a taxi from the station square. Taxi Ida can be found directly at Bahnhofsplatz, Bahnhofstraße 5.

Access to FerienNest with key code

Our holiday nest is equipped with modern electronic locks for your maximum security. In your booking confirmation you will have received a personal key code for the main entrance door and for your apartment.

You open the doors with the following steps:

1. switch on the keypad by pressing the large power button (see picture)

2. after the prompt on the display, please enter your key code for the respective door.

3. after successful entry you can open the door within 30 seconds by turning the lock knob.

After this time has elapsed, you will have to enter your key code again.

Parking for cars and bicycles

You will find parking spaces for cars in the multi-storey car park at the Kurpark (Grabenstraße 8, day ticket: 10,- €). To load and unload your car, you can use the parking spaces opposite the FerienNest on weekdays for 2 hours (with parking disc). There are no parking restrictions at the weekend.

Should you arrive by bike, we offer you parking possibilities in our lockable garage.

After entering the house through the entrance door, you can reach the garage through our courtyard. (follow the signs). In the garage you will find the electric opening button at the front right of the rolling gate (Bosch).

Departure

You can check out until 11 am on your day of departure. If you have not booked final cleaning, please leave your apartment broom-cleaned and cleaned wet areas.
