Our apartments are characterized by their stylish decor and central location in the heart of Bad Ems. The building has been meticulously renovated in the Art Nouveau style and is perfect for a cozy getaway. After a long day, our outdoor terrace or lobby with a real fireplace invites you to unwind.
All apartments are fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove, coffee maker, dishes, and more. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower. The bedrooms feature a large queen-size double bed and a wardrobe with hangers.
You can park in the Thermen parking garage or the new parking garage of the EmserTherme for €5.00 per day. Both options are reachable in less than a 3-minute walk. Alternatively, you can park for free at the sports field Hasenkümpel or on the other side of the Lahn (Wilhelmsallee), about a 10-minute walk.
Leave your car behind and explore our beautiful spa town. After a relaxing wellness day at the Bad Emser Therme, enjoy one of our many restaurants or have your meal delivered by the various Bad Emser delivery services. The historic and picturesque spa park is also just a few steps away and perfect for a leisurely stroll.

Booking and accommodation conditions
Payment conditions
Full payment of the booking amount is due no later than 7 days before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out must be done by 11:00 a.m. at the latest.
Key handover
The key handover takes place contactless via a key box at the entrance. You will receive the access code 24 hours before your arrival.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are possible free of charge.
In the case of cancellations within 4 days before arrival, 80% of the overnight costs will be charged. Cleaning fees, visitor's tax, and taxes will not be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the total costs will be charged.
Cribs and extra beds
A crib or extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets
Pets are allowed on request. A fee of €15.00 per pet per night will be charged.
Visitor's tax and taxes
The visitor's tax of €1.92 per person per night will be charged additionally.
As of January 1, 2026, an accommodation tax of 3% will be levied additionally.
