Booking and accommodation conditions
Payment conditions
The full payment of the booking amount is due no later than 7 days before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.
Key handover
Key handover takes place contactlessly via a key box in front of the entrance. You will receive the access code 24 hours before your arrival.
Cancellation conditions
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival can be made free of charge.
For cancellations within 4 days before arrival, 80% of the overnight costs will be charged. Cleaning fees, tourism tax, and taxes will not be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or in case of no-show, 100% of the total costs will be charged.
Baby and extra beds
A baby bed or extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets
Pets are allowed upon request. A fee of €15.00 per animal per night will be charged for this.
Tourism tax and taxes
A tourism tax of €1.92 per person per night will be charged additionally.
As of January 1, 2026, an accommodation tax of 3% will be charged additionally.
