Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 30-14 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, cancellations within the 14 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60-30 days before arrival will be charged 50% of the total cost, cancellations within the 30 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total cost.
Arrival is possible from XX a.m. to XX p.m. Departure is possible between XX a.m. and XX p.m.

The key handover will take place personally on-site/ via a key box. You will receive the code in good time before your arrival.
A baby cot/extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
