A special highlight: Apartment No. 12 on the 2nd floor additionally features a high-quality infrared sauna in the master bedroom.

Booking and Stay Conditions
Payment Conditions
The full payment of the booking amount is due no later than 7 days before arrival. Payment can be made by bank transfer, PayPal, or credit card.
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in is possible from 3:00 p.m.
Check-out must be completed by 11:00 a.m.
Key Transfer
The key transfer takes place contactless via a key box in front of the entrance. You will receive the access code 24 hours before your arrival.
Cancellation Conditions
Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are possible free of charge.
For cancellations within 4 days prior to arrival, 80% of the overnight costs will be charged. Cleaning fees, tourist tax, and taxes will not be charged.
For cancellations on the day of arrival or in case of non-arrival, 100% of the total costs will be charged.
Baby and Extra Beds
A baby bed or extra bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets
Pets are allowed upon request. A fee of 15.00 € per pet and night will be charged.
Tourist Tax and Taxes
The tourist tax of 1.92 € per person and night will be charged additionally.
As of January 1, 2026, an accommodation tax of 3% will also be levied.
