Arrive, stay, feel good - here you can be at home. Our holiday flat is located in a quiet residential street and has a maximum occupancy of 7 people with 2 double bedrooms and a triple room, living & dining room, kitchen, 3 x shower / WC / Hairdryer, 4 TVs (two of them are smart TVs), 4 radios, 3 refrigerators, 3 safes, high chair and travel cot for children, balcony with electric grill and 2 other outdoor seating areas, parking in front of the house and garage for bicycles.
Nievern belongs to the municipality of Bad Ems. The idyllic village is situated directly on the Lahn, at the foot of the Taunus, not far from the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Limes" and the UNESCO World Heritage Site "Upper Middle Rhine Valley" with its beautiful castles and palaces. Surrounded by forests and meadows and the well-kept lakeside landscape. Romantic paths and magnificent views offer varied opportunities for walkers, hikers as well as cyclists. Anglers and water sports enthusiasts (swimming, stand-up paddling, canoeing - rental in the neighbouring village of Fachbach) also get their money's worth.
Pure wellness is offered by the nearby Emser-Therme, one of the most modern wellness spas in Germany. Well-developed and signposted hiking and cycling trails with great vantage points and rest areas offer ideal conditions for your active holiday. The well-known hiking trail "Rheinsteig" and the "Jakobsweg" are close by. We are happy to help you plan your excursions.
Larger cities such as Koblenz, Neuwied, Limburg can be reached quickly either by car, train (station 3 minutes on foot) or the sporty ones also by bike.

Check-in is possible from XX o'clock to XX o'clock. Check-out is possible between XX o'clock and XX o'clock.
Other check-in and check-out times can be arranged upon consultation. Please contact us in good time for arrangements, if necessary. The key handover takes place in person on-site/ via a key box. You will receive the code in due time before arrival.
A baby cot/additional bed can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed/allowed, for a fee of XX€ per pet/night.
