It is the goal of our trainers to know you by name and make you feel at home. And this is important, because only in an environment where you feel completely at ease will you have lasting fun with your training. With us you can expect - Individual support from trained specialists - a spacious training area with numerous cardio and strength machines - Regular performance reviews and adjustment of your training plan to your goals - a wide range of courses in our two light-flooded classrooms For all sauna enthusiasts, our health studio has two saunas. A 60° bio sauna and a 90° Finnish sauna in our outdoor sauna area. Ladies' sauna all day on Tuesdays. The "Reha & Freizeitsport Bad Ems-Nassau e.V." association also offers numerous rehabilitation sports courses in our studio.
