Treatment usually begins following a stay in an orthopaedic department of an acute hospital (AHB). However, inpatient or day-care rehabilitation can also take place without previous hospital treatment. Patients benefit from a modern therapy centre with exercise pool and the high level of expertise of the doctors and therapists. The clinic also offers outpatient therapy services (health insurance prescription and self-pay) to all people from the region as well as to spa guests and visitors to the town of Bad Ems.
In addition to lymphatic drainage, classic massages, equipment training, electrotherapy and exercise baths, the clinic offers a wide range of therapies. Following a rehabilitation measure, patients can use T-RENA, the training-therapeutic rehabilitation aftercare, or tele-rehab aftercare to consolidate and expand their rehabilitation success in the long term. A personal service manager looks after the patients from the preparation of their rehabilitation measure, during their stay in hospital and beyond the end of the inpatient measure.
