Hufeland Clinic Bad Ems

The Clinic for Pneumology, Sleep and Respiratory Medicine and the Pneumological Rehabilitation comprise 60 beds in the acute area and 100 beds in the rehabilitation area. The clinic diagnoses and treats the entire spectrum of lung diseases, including chronic respiratory diseases and the rapidly increasing bronchial carcinomas. And this is done both on the acute ward and as a rehabilitation measure - a real speciality in Germany's health care system. The Hufeland Clinic also has an intensive care and weaning ward and a sleep laboratory where patients with respiratory sleep disorders are examined and treated.
