A deposit of 20 % is due after booking.
The remaining payment must be made 14 days before arrival.
Last-minute bookings
: Full payment of the total amount on the day of booking via real-time transfer! (prior arrangement required!)
Cancellations up to 14 days before arrival are free of charge, cancellations between 14-7 days before arrival will incur a 70% charge of the total costs, cancellations within 7 days before arrival will incur a 90% charge of the total costs.
The arrival: from 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
The departure: by 10:00 a.m.
Other arrival and departure times are possible upon consultation. Please contact us in good time for arrangements if necessary.
The key handover takes place personally on-site.
A baby cot can be provided free of charge upon request.
Pets are not allowed!
