Outdoor pool
The Nassau outdoor pool, beautifully embedded in the Lahn Valley, is a modern leisure pool, which was completely renovated in 2003 and is open from the beginning of May to mid-September. The bath offers a wide range of attractions and has already attracted many bathers to Nassau. The swimmer and non-swimmer pool with a 50-meter lane is lined in stainless steel. A 12-metre wide water slide is the main attraction. In addition, numerous water attractions such as a water cascade, waterbed, massage bench, underwater jets, neck showers, water cannons and a toddler slide are integrated into the expanded adventure area. A paddling pool with a water mushroom, a funny shower clown as well as other water-spraying play animals provide for amusement for the youngest visitors. The heating of the bath water by means of solar technology ensures pleasant bathing temperatures. The current water temperature can be inquired by telephone under Tel. 02604/7177. The Nassau outdoor pool has a large sunbathing and play area for sun worshippers. From this season sun loungers are available for hire. Table tennis tables, volleyball nets and small football goals are available for leisure activities. An Italian restaurant with outdoor seating on the terrace of the outdoor pool or on the Lahn side offers bathers and restaurant visitors a rich menu for small and large appetites, coffee and cake as well as cool drinks.
